Panorama Luxury Villas

All rates are based on price per unit. Rates are subject to change without notice and include 9% VAT.

A four-night minimum is always required for all advanced reservations.

The deposit required to confirm your reservation is equal to 50% of the total stay (including taxes) except as may be required for Panorama Villas. All Payments can be made with Bank Wire Transfer or with PAYPAL.

All deposits and payments are due in EURO currency only. We cannot accept personal checks as payment upon arrival.

We realize that your vacation time is very precious to you but unfortunately, unexpected changes do occur. Therefore, our cancellation and/or early departure policy is as follows without exceptions:

A) Your deposit is refundable up to 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date less 10% of your deposit and bank transfer costs.

B) Within 21 days of the scheduled arrival date, we cannot refund or transfer deposits regardless of the reason for cancellation. The entire deposit is forfeited as the agreed upon late cancellation fee.

The same is true for stays that are shortened or for early departures. As there are no refunds due to medical or family emergencies, bad weather, missed or cancelled flights or ferry reservations, change of plans, etc., you may wish to consider purchasing trip insurance.

All accommodations will be inspected prior to the arrival of guests. It is the guest's responsibility to bring any major damage issues to the attention of the Panorama Villas at the time of their arrival into the room. The Panorama Villas staff upon the departure of the guest will inspect rooms.

Panorama Villas has the right to bill guests for any repairs and/or replacement that are needed that would be considered "beyond normal wear and tear". Beyond "normal wear and tear" shall be determined by the management of Panorama Villas. If the need for damage billing arises, Panorama Villas will charge damages to the guest credit card information that is placed on file at Panorama Villas check in.

Parking: Parking space is provided on the premises. Panorama Villas is not resposible for any damages or theft for any car parked on the premises.
